The company was founded by Jason Praill BSc MRICS MAPM with the vision to create a balanced view at the centre of project decision making. He has achieved this by integrating the three core services of project, cost and risk management into one methodology. Reaching out to unify projects with a central eye on delivering the beneficial aims beyond time, cost and quality.
As a project manager and chartered quantity surveyor, Jason is an expert in the field of project planning, control and delivery. He has two decades of construction experience focused on civil engineering and transport. Jason has supported many major national and regional infrastructure projects. He is commercially astute and leads with a rigorous process that serves to secure the best outcomes rather than to serve itself. Jason is accredited by the ICE as a NEC project manager for both NEC4 & NEC3 contracts and is a qualified risk manager with the Association for Project Management.
Jason’s career has seen him work for many of the leading engineering and professional service companies in the UK. He has been part of major project teams in HS2, Network Rail, Train Operating Companies and Crossrail. He has supported many local authorities to achieve transformational change through infrastructure projects, often helping them to overcome challenges and break new ground.
